Entry Restrictions
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
- Entrants must be Australian residents and have a registered address in Victoria or Tasmania.
- Purchase must be classified as a Toyota Private or Bronze category sale.
Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 12:01am AEST on 1 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Verification Requirements
Entries will be verified by the Promotor using the contract of sale.
Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
- trade-in a vehicle at a participating VIC or TAS Toyota Dealer;
- take delivery and register (in their name) a Toyota Certified Preowned (TCPO) vehicle or a new Toyota vehicle which qualifies under the Toyota Private or Bronze sales category as part of the same transaction; and
- visit the promotion web site at tradeintowin.dealer.toyota.com.au and complete the online entry form in accordance with the directions on the web site, including entering their First Name, Last Name, Contact Phone Number, Email Address, State of Residence, Vehicle Purchase Date, Toyota Dealership where vehicle was purchased, Registration number of Vehicle Purchased, Registration number of Vehicle Traded in.
Prize Details
- Major: 2024 Toyota Kluger Grande AWD, 2.5L Hybrid, CVT Auto — One (1) — DRIVEAWAY UP TO $90,108.00
- Minor: Toyota Gift Card — Ten (10) — $1,000 AUD
Vehicle: Toyota Kluger, Grande, 2.5L Hybrid, AWD, CVT Auto, 2024 production date, 12 months registration in winner’s state/territory of residence, 12 months 3rd party compulsory insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery.
Value: up to $90,108 driveaway, depending upon the winner’s location.
Gift Card: Toyota Gift Card can be used to purchase vehicle services, parts or accessories at participating Toyota Dealers only.
Total Prize Pool
Up to $100,108.00 (subject to variations detailed at Prize Details).
Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified by email, by telephone and on the internet.

Additional Terms — Prize Vouchers
All vouchers awarded are valid until the voucher expiry date specified on the voucher or by the provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. The Promoter is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way once awarded.
Vehicle: The Prize includes metallic paint (if applicable), 12 months registration in winner’s state/territory of residence, 12 months 3rd party compulsory insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery. The stated driveaway price of the Prize depends upon the winner and their location. All optional extras and accessories, comprehensive insurance and any other insurance not stated, fuel, personal costs and all other ancillary or related costs are excluded. The winner must provide all information and sign all documentation necessary to enable the Promoter to register the vehicle in the name of the winner prior to collection. Receipt of a Prize vehicle is subject to the winner being able to lawfully take possession of the Prize vehicle and comply with all registration and compulsory third-party insurance requirements of the state/territory in the state/territory the winner elects to register the Prize vehicle. Vehicles depicted in all promotional material are not necessarily the same colour as the Prize vehicle. The colour of the Prize vehicle will be able to be chosen by Toyota in its sole discretion. The Prize vehicle will be available for collection from the Toyota dealership nominated by the Promoter near the winner’s place of residence. Prize value is up to $100,108 given at the opening date of the Promotion Period and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any change in value.

The Promoter will collect and use entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion, including awarding the prize, and may share entrants’ personal information with third parties as required by law, related entities in the OneToyota Network, or service providers for this purpose. If entrants do not provide the information requested, they will not be able to enter the Promotion.
